About the event
Start your weekend with a refreshingly happy morning with guided meditation, breathing exercises (Pranayama), dancing, laughing and lots of fun. You can also stay and make new friends over the super duper healthy vegan lunch afterwards at Love & Peas Restaurant where the workshop is hosted.
Serotonine is the neurotransmitter in your brain that gives you the feeling of joy, relaxation and happiness. It is also referred to as a happiness hormone. High levels of stress over a long periode of time can cause you to feel indifference and numbness. Your energy level is unbalanced. When it’s about caring for yourself, you have no more energy: you eat unhealthy food and snacks, you become a couch-potato, you skip your gym, you take the elevator, you’re always in a hurry, you drink more alcohol, you don’t sleep enough and you are often not even in the mood to laugh or have sex. Good news, however, is that serotonin is always at your disposal, you just need to activate it and you will immediately feel its positive effect. Come to this workshop and get inspired!
This workshop will be given by Khawla Shehadeh and a guest trainer Kristel Letschert. Kristel is a sparkling character with great vibes. She teaches dance and movement in Palestine were she lives with her husband and children.
